• Active participant with PA, WV, OH, and MA Medical Assistance / Medicaid Insurance Plans
• Enrolled with most Commercial Health Plans

Admissions for Residential Treatment Program

• The Joint Commission accredited 
• PA State DPW License
• Requires Psychiatric Evaluation within the past 30 days recommending RTF placement
• Fax Eval with updated Psycho-social assessment to (412) 257-8152 Attention Admission's Director
